This is a big country park with quite a bit to do for younger children. As you can imagine there is lots of space to run about in, a few different play parks, a nice long walk around the lake and different nature trails signposted to keep the kids interested. There is a free carpark at Milton Community Centre accessing Milton Country Park. MCP charge for parking. Good for dog walking and fishing and blackberries. This is a big country park so very good for dog walks also…

Lovely very big country park and lots of wildlife quiet nice and see nice. Seenic hard to get to without a car but in summer they do coach travel to there from Belfast and I think the mountains of mourne and it's part of the mournes if you like outdoors I recommend you go there.
It's set in a lovely big country park and I really enjoyed myself. Even managed a new PB 5k time of 30:29 - still can't get below that damn 30mins! Off to Portugal for some sun last Wednesday so had a run along the beach one day, was a nice change in temperature from running along the Scottish coast!
