  I bought my very first car here and the experience was good. I love the amount of patience they have for customers. Much respect. When I got into my first car accident, they we're amazing at helping me get back on the road. Despite the end results, the staff at Checkered Flag Toyota were beyond amazing. Making sure I understood what to do next and walking me through every step of the way. Most importantly, a special thank you to Jeff for handling the repairs and making sure my first time experience was easy. He went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was 100% safe to drive again. Thank you so much!

  My buying experience at Checkered Flag Toyota was excellent! My salesman Ryan Jones was outstanding. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and a joy to work with, he explained the process step by step. Even the GM Mike came over to say hello and offered refreshments. Before I knew it I was out the door with my brand new Toyota Highlander. One satisfied customer right here! I will definitely tell my family and friends to shop for their next vehicle at Checkered Flag Toyota.

  Had the best car buying experience ever! Our Sales associate James McKee was the best!! Highly recommend him when looking to purchase. James assisted us with test driving vehicles until we found the one we loved. He made the purchasing experience stress free and fun!! Thank you James and the Checkered Flag Toyota team for a great experience!

  I began my search for a vehicle with Ryan who was a great help in test driving some vehicles of interest. He discussed options with me and helped me compare available models on the lot to narrow down what I was most interested in. I completed my purchase with James who was just as helpful. Got me through the paperwork and set up to take my vehicle home in a timely manner. Both individuals were personable and provided a good level of customer service. I would feel good about recommending either of them to a potential referral. I can honestly say the purchasing experience was positive.

  I bought a car yesterday and was very pleased with ALAN as the sales representative. His information delivery was smooth believable and helpful. He did not pressure too much and I felt like he was trying to get a good deal for me not just make a sale. When I asked a question he knew the answer or went quickly to go find out what the answer was. He made sure my test drive was for as long as I needed and helped me connect to the Apple music in the car. He also got me better financing than even Navy Federal credit Union and I save money there. Explained all the add-on products such as the clear coats and warranty programs and offer a price reduction and was not too pushy. I even accidentally spilled a cup of coffee on his desk and he remained composed and polite. Buy a car was much shorter and easier than I thought it would be. I was impressed that I didn't even have to go to DMV and they could get me plates in a registration sticker right there. he made me feel welcomed appreciated and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Alan.
