(November 5, 2019, 8:56 am)I had been given a rental car through this Hertz location from an insurance company due to a no fault accident. The insurance company told me that I have 5 days with the car, but its scheduled return date was a Sunday. I went to the location to drop the car off Saturday, hoping there was a dropbox because they are only there until 1pm on Saturday and I've got kids so I was late. There is no dropbox at that location when I went that weekend to try to return the car. So the earliest I could return it was Monday morning. Of course, insurance was going to charge me an extra day even though I returned in on a Monday at 8am which is right when they open. I explained to the representative my situation and long story short, he was able to help me avoid the extra day charge. People like this restore my faith in humanity by doing the right thing. I am highly appreciative. I hope he reads this...

He is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and makes sure you get the best rates available to you and leave feeling satisfied.
