  I am so pleased with my recent visit to Factory Mattress on Culebra. We worked with John G. and he was so helpful. He showed me everything I wanted to look at with no pressure whatsoever and was knowledgeable enough to be able to suggest what would be the best fit for my sleeping style. When I mentioned that I was looking to replace my bed due to a recent car accident he was able to help me out with getting part of my purchase covered.
  
  Once I picked out a new bed, John got me the best deal possible and secured 0% interest financing for me with zero hassle. Delivery was a breeze, even with my crazy schedule John was able to accommodate me on a Sunday afternoon! We got a text message to confirm our 3 hour window as well as a call letting us know when they were 30 minutes out. The delivery guys were very fast and efficient, even hauling away my old mattress and box spring, and left no mess behind.
  
  All in all, a super simple and easy process, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Pleased with salesperson who listened to my description of what I wanted and showed me exactly what I described. Location very convenient. Excellent product. Excellent delivery service with take away of old mattress and box springs then placement of new box spring and mattress. Very pleased with everything.

  Sherri was wonderful; she was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses; bases, brands, financing, promotions, competitors; she knew it all. She made me feel very welcomed and made the whole process easy. I usually don’t write reviews but with her excellent customer service; I couldn’t just say thank you; I know she deserves to be recognize for her professionalism and helpfulness.
