(February 15, 2020, 5:15 pm)I was able to make an appointment online on a Saturday. I went in a few hours later and waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen. I was triaged, consulted, and left within 25 minutes. The staff was kind and professional and the facility was very clean. I highly recommend this urgent care.

(February 6, 2020, 5:11 pm)Used the online check in before I left work and I arrived thirty minutes early for my appointment. Waited five minutes and was out of there in fifteen minutes!! Top notch staff!! I recommend impact 100% for all your urgent care trips.

(January 11, 2020, 11:39 pm)I would’ve given Impact Urgent Care 5 stars except for the CNA’s attitude. She was nice enough but gave the impression that she did not want to be there. The PA was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Will definitely return here!
