  Highly recommend the facility, very clean. I also recommend the personal training & the Fitness Director was very professional, kind, and assisted with assigning a personal trainer to me. I ended up setting up my personal training sessions & will purchase more.

  Our daughter has been seen at this office for a year. Always a great experience. Today she had a filling on her tooth and her retainer was not fitting. I called they got her right in and did an impression and will have her new retainer in the morning.

  We moved here from out of state and it was an easy, great transition for my son to switch; He’s excited to have braces from Pierson Orthodontics. The staff have been very friendly and professional. Our appointments have been efficient with little to no wait time. They have an AWESOME rewards/point system to help motivate him to take care of his teeth and braces. It is SO wonderful to have a “team effort” encouraging him.

  Dr. Saunders and staff at Alamo Ranch are top notch-always kind, courteous, and expedient. Most importantly my teeth look amazing! Thank you Pierson Orthodontics-you guys rock!

  We absolutely love Pierson Orthodontics Alamo Ranch office. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They make us feel like family. We couldn't imagine taking our daughter to any other orthodontist.
