I run my Video and Photography business out of here and for client and contractors it is a nice environment to come to, the secretary in the front welcomes my guest and offers them water and coffee and has a nice sitting area for them. I have also been permitted to shoot a couple scenes around the creative space and oh... The price is nice to.
