  Super friendly and fantastic staff! Well informed and helpful from start to finish. An incredible selection of brands. The doctor is great too! Very knowledgable and can explain complicated matters in simplified terms so you can understand and make the right decision.

  First time visiting Omni vision and by far, the best optometrist/optician combo place I’ve been to, and I get seen yearly for exam and new glasses.
  
  1. Doctor explains the reasons for suggesting certain brands of contacts or add-ons needed for glasses, instead of “telling” you that you need it.
  
  2. Doc also went over extra fees that will be added on top of insurance copay and confirming BEFORE proceeding, which is a huge thing for me, since many places slam you with a fat bill at checkout that you weren’t aware of for the extra services received.
  
  3. Doctor answered all my questions(and my sister’s questions, who’s looking for a new optometrist/optician) with no frustration and rushing. And oh gee, did we ask lotta questions? Yes, we did.
  
  4. Optician helped me picking the right frames and I probably tried on 50 pairs, he didn’t seem frustrated or rush me once. I usually get left alone after trying 10-15pairs, because I’m so picky with frames/price. But he eventually found me a pair that was perfect and this took over 30mins lol.
  
  5. Optician pointed out what type of frames will and will not work with me because of my high prescriptions(lens thickness), and my face structure(low bridge). Many places I’ve been to don’t even bother covering these important facts that many people aren’t aware of.
  
  6. He broke down all the fees clearly, so you know what you’re paying for instead of wondering why and what the heck you just paid hundreds of dollars for when you have insurance, after getting home.
  
  7. He also helped my sister who was NOT purchasing at the time with getting quotes for herself and her son’s with all the options that’s individually fit, instead of trying to sell us all the add-ons, like many other places(more the better approach).
  
  8. Optometrist office and optical shop is operated as one, in one store. So if there’s an issue with your newly purchased glasses you don’t have to go back and forth to your doc next door, down the street or wherever it is for new prescription.
  
  8. Last but not least.... this place offers a one time 1 year warranty without extra costs.
  Yes, other places offer warranty too with a small cost but it’s free here with your purchase.
  
  So the conclusion is... skip the 1000 stores corporate franchises and use Omni. I was seen by Dr. Offoegbu and helped by Optician Gerardo ????????

  Awesome doctors and staff!!! This office looks really nice from the inside, it also has a good selection in designer frames
