Prestige Emergency Room

I just have to say… I will never choose another ER to go to as long as I live here in San Antonio. Dr. Ogden is an Angel without wings walking this Earth. From the check in process, to the nurses who cared for my husband while we were there… we were treated amazingly. There was absolutely no judgment from them as far as us not having insurance or not being COVID vaccinated. They treated my husband with respect and actually cared about our concerns. Great bedside manner from everyone involved in the process and Dr. Ogden was just plain honest and extremely generous with trying to help my husband and our family. We got taken back immediately when we arrived. I highly recommend if you have an emergent issue to use this facility!

Prestige was great, very clean and efficient. I made an appointment online and filled out all the forms before I arrived. They took me back immediately, the front desk, nurse and doctor were all very friendly and quick. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

On 11/14/21 I took my daughter to the ER due to an asthma attack that started at home and even with giving her the treatment she needed she did not feel better so I took her to the ER. My daughter was immediately seen by the health care team got the immediate treatment within less than few minutes. Dr. Daniel Wheeler and the nurse worked with him that night are just AMAZING they provided a quick intervention that saved my baby's life. I truly appreciate your professionalism and kindness. They’re always super friendly and fast! The staff here is awesome! I’d definitely recommend this place. The medical staff here is very helpful and explain everything very thoroughly. Dr. Fernandez was able to help me pin point my problem and made the right recommendations.

The receptionist was kind of rude, definitely acted like we were imposing by being there. The doctor and nurse were great, definitely feel confident in their assessment and how they handled it. Probably would use them again, I would just rather deal with someone more customer service oriented when I first arrive and feel so miserable.
