  I had the pleasure of working with Dr J he is truly one of a kind. The best part of it all is his patience/motivation with the patients care and needs. I’ve been in the field for 10 years and he by far has been the best provider I’ve shared experience with. I highly recommend him to any and all who need of his services. He and all the staff are truly missed...

  I like Dr. J initially. He listened to my concerns and called me back about my lab work. I decided to stay with him when Pinkston left. Then I followed him to his new location. Then when I tried to book my next appointment I was told his bcbs contract had not been renewed and had to settle for another doctor. Only for that new dr. To tell me they could no longer prescribe my medication and I needed a referral to a psychologist. Which they never gave me. I’ve been taking these medications for over 20 years on some. Without them my job and everyday life greatly suffers. I have history with dr. J and I’m. It sure where to go now. I’m not sure if this is a practice policy or it was that drs policy that day, but I’d really love dr. J back immediately. He doesn’t just blow you off and yes yes yes. You. He truly listens. Rare to find now days considering the doctor I had to use that day took it upon himself to prescribe me a lower dose of my current meds that didn’t quite help. Without even looking at my history. I was so furious especially since I work nights and had a late morning appointment that ran Into mid day. And left with not what I needed. When the office knew I was coming in for refills they could have just stated that wasn’t an option instead of giving me the run around and wasting my time. I want my dr. J back.

  Dr. Jakubowski is an outstanding general practitioner. If you are looking for a doctor you can trust, a doctor who cares and a doctor who goes the extra mile for you (how many doctors have you had that call you to go over your lab work?), then Dr. Jakubowski should be your physician.

  He is one of a kind, in a good way! His soft spoken manner is so comforting when you’re feeling bad! He spends time with you so you can tell him what’s going on with you, long enough for you to explain.
