(November 9, 2020, 9:27 am)We reached out to Raymond on short notice (really short). He listened to our concerns put a package together that was perfect for our venue. He showed up when he said he would be there and set everything up along with the band and made sure everything and everyone were comfortable with the way everything worked and looked before he left which BTW was more that we asked for. Customer service was his goal and his love for what he does was clearly evident. I only wish more companies out there could work with you like this. I highly recommend that everyone who needs his service reach out to Raymond and his team. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I look forward to calling on him again soon.
