(August 17, 2020, 9:41 am)The doctor deals with my 85-year-old dementia Mom and me. I work about three odd and gig jobs to be able to go Home and check on her_it is not easy. She was diagnosed about 6 years ago so it has progressed. He has the same last name as an old colleague of her's from the late 1950's! She talks and I let her and appeased her by just finding the 1st doctor with the last name. And, God blessed us and is testing him_He plays along and she tells his whole office staff, "I knew him and worked with his father." A Televisit is not enough for her because she will not calm down at Home. Going to the doctor is a routine she looks forward to. She wants referrals but will not follow the doctor's directives and she is getting too old for major procedures she would not allow to do when young. He has a Patient Advocate that will listen to me at times and has helped me a lot in days when she repeats my Mother repeats herself over and over to demand but still does not want to follow directives. Dementia is not easy on anyone. I have to just let her talk and believe as she pleases because she has travelled into a world where she believes as she does. This doctor is not the son of a colleague but he is a patient doctor. And, this disease is not kind. When most all Other patients her age during CoVid19 want a TeleVisit_her normality is as all was_& hopefully we will all continue to help her agree that it is.

(April 2, 2019, 8:56 am)Dr. Santoscoy and P.A Prioux are two of the most personable and friendly doctors i have ever encountered, i followed Dr. Santoscoy from Gonzaba MG and don't plan to ever leave from under his care.
