  "DO NOT COME HERE!!! I thought I would make extra money for Christmas on my day off so came to this location. They do not change their gloves, even if you ask them kindly after they assist other donors. I asked a lady with a hijab to change her gloves before she attended to me. She yelled and said she was not going to. She took me off guard. I thought why is she yelling? I asked her kindly again asking to please change them, but she continued to refuse. I explained to her that my concern was that blood can transmit disease-like aids, and it is important to use clean gloves when working with blood and taking care of multiple donors. However, she became angry and yelled at me, refusing to help.
  
  She then told me to go back to the end of the line. I was in disbelief and shocked at her behavior. She then said I'm not dealing with you!!! She called a young man and asked him to assist me instead. However, he didn't listen ignored my concerns, and sided with her. He said it was not in the policy to change them even if a donor asked, In the end, I left feeling very disappointed, frustrated, and concerned for other donors.
  
  I want to warn other donors that this facility may not take the necessary precautions to ensure their safety. I will not be returning to this location and encourage others to consider their options carefully before donating here." Now that I'm here at home writing the review I believe she might have been discriminated against me because I'm a Christian. I was wearing a big cross on my cap and she was wearing a hijab. I will be praying for her. I forgive her because she is blind to her actions. She need to be written up for failing to go through health protection procedures to protect donors and remind her she needs to treat and speak to donors in a professional manner. Yelling and acting erratic toward a customer should not be allowed.

  The staff are busy but very friendly and professional. I've had nothing but a positive experience each time I've donated. There was 1 time when the tech took nearly 20 minutes after I had sat down to getting me hooked up to the machine, but I utilize the time I donate to study for classes so it wasn't a big deal. The first donation took the longest because you have to go through the registration and physical and such. The following donations do not take as long. I'm there for about 1 hour from walk in to getting bandaged. The facility is clean and seems well kept. I have not brought my children to the supervised area but I love that they have it available.

  The managers here are great really take care of their center. Kayla the manager is so nice and hardworking so is the other guy. Really nice plasma center.

  I GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STARS, even though I have heard some bad reviews ( of course everyone has a bad experience). I did not,
  
  NEW DONORS GET PAID $ 350.00 FOR THE MONTH AND IT IS BROKEN DOWN IN TO 5 PAYMENTS( 1. 60, 2. 80, 3. 60, 4. 70, & 5. 80 ). That month totals out to $ 350.00
  
  They are closed on Sunday and Monday but Tuesday through Thursday there hours are from 8 am to 7 pm and on Friday and Saturday there hours are from 8am to 5pm.
  
  The place was very cleaned and the staff is very caring friendly and Professional, they even have a daycare inside so they watch your children for you while you donate( and the daycare is FREE). When you first register as a new donor they have you download an app on your phone so you can schedule your own appointments keep track of your payments.
  IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF EXTRA MONEY ( WHICH THAT WOULD BE THE WHOLE POPULATION). I DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They have a referral program where you mention my name ( John M. Hernandez, II). I WILL GET A $ 100.00 BUCKS ( on your 2 ND successful donation). So mention my name so I Get the 100 dollars

  Great place to get some extra money throughout the month. New donors can make up to $350. Try it out you won’t be disappointed. And when they ask tell them Brian Chambers sent you!
