(November 20, 2019, 5:36 pm)I had an appointment for 10:30am with Dr. Nguyen, so I showed up at 10:15am for paperwork. Even though I was early, I was not seen until 11:07am (37 minutes late). She was very nice though, I liked her energy and how quickly she worked once I was able to be seen.
Update: Eye-Deal reached out to explain that my appointment was delayed due to a medical situation with the patient prior to me. Typically, the wait time is not supposed to be that long. I understand these situations come up, I added the last 2 stars because I appreciate the transparency with customers. Thank you for letting me know!

(April 6, 2019, 2:58 pm)With two locations to pick from I was able to get and appointment very easily. I came in for my yearly eye exam, glasses & contacts.Staff was so sweet, attentive & well organized. Dr. Rogalinski was very understanding with my contact issues & offered many options in order to find the right fit. Their eye-wear selection was amazing. I had a choice of designer brands that were up to date with fashion trends & designs. Definitely the place to go!
