  I have been a patient of this practice for three years now. PA Roy Blount kept me active and as pain free as possible and I was finally able to go back to school and complete my degree, when no other doctor was able to do so. I will always be so grateful to him for his extraordinary compassion, understanding, and tireless help throughout my academic education. I graduated top of my class, and finally completed my degree at 32, after multiple surgeries that did nothing but cause more pain, and doctors who basically didn’t do anything for me beyond suggesting more and more severe and invasive treatment options. Before joining this practice I couldn’t even hold down a job. Afterward, I was able to work my way through college as a waitress, which is extremely physically taxing, and I am now on my way to starting my career as an ultrasound technologist. And it is all thanks to PA Roy Blount. In all honesty he gave me my life back, after years of struggle and pain and surgeries that stole years from my life. I owe my entire future to this man. If you are lucky enough to have him as a doctor, He will do everything in his power to help you succeed in, and build a life, where before there was no hope. Thank you Dr. Blount, from not just from, me but my entire family and everyone who knows me, I owe my entire future to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  Pain management is a scary and often misunderstood topic for some. Having been battling pain in my LB and right leg for over 15 years, Dr T is the only one I will go to. His entire team is Phenomenal! They are patient and professional. They can find a way to make me laugh When I am on the verge of tears.
  Grateful for an approach being offered other than the military just offering meds!

  Had my first procedure yesterday. I was a bit nervous to be honest but it went so well! Everyone I dealt with was amazing. Thank you Spine and Joint!

  Dr. Tristan Lai is a great pain specialist. He was compassionate and understanding of my issues and really listened to me. Both Dr. Lai and his staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pain management specialist.
