  Never expect to have a good experience in any ER but that’s exactly what happened! No one in the waiting room, receptionist dealt with me immediately in an efficient but kind way and I was in the back being treated within about eight minutes. Dr. and assistant were knowledgeable, extremely nice and informative. Personable and funny as well! In and out with staples in my head in less than half an hour and still in a very pleasant state of shock!

  I Honestly do not know where to start. The maternity team is amazing. I wish there was 10 stars I can give. The energy and the personalities were beyond phenomenal. Everyone was so happy and had bubbly personalities. The hospital main goal was for you and the babies. This experience has been fantastic and I would recommend definitely!!!

  The entire visit was perfect. From the moment we checked in for our induction to the minute we left with our new baby girl, everyone who took care of us was wonderful. The labor and delivery team was amazing and made me feel at ease and safe during the delivery process. And when we had to quickly shift gears to a csection, everyone worked together like clockwork to make it a smooth transition and get our girl out quickly and safely! Once on the postpartum floor, the nurses and staff took great care of us. I loved that we got to keep our girl in the room with us the whole time to get acquainted but had the security of the staff if we needed anything. And the food was pretty good too! I would do it all again a million times exactly the same!

  My stay at a Plantation General was fantastic! I have never met a staff at a hospital so warm and willing to make you feel special. Nothing was problem, every need was met. Due to the Corona Virus guest were limited to 2 people but with such a friendly staff and such personable encounters with them all they became my friends and family. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for making my stay with you all so memorable. ❤️

  My wife gave birth here to our beautiful boy! Our nurse Cindy was truly amazing through the whole process as was the rest of the staff that we got to meet. They were all super caring and flexible to our individual needs. They made it feel like home! ❤️

  Fitrition Fitness Solutions is a one of a kind gym. Joel the trainer is very knowledgeable, understanding, and does his best to meet every individuals needs. Joel goes above & beyond for his clients and truly cares about them reaching their desired goals. If I could rate him above 5 stars, I would ????

  I have been training with Joel for a month. He is a great motivator. I have had trainers through the years and Joel is one of the best. Some trainers short change you on your hour session. Joel is not like that. He will give you your full hour and work you hard. He will make sure of that. I am starting to see definition in my arms again. I think my husband is noticing a change too because he keeps asking when do I train again... lol... I encourage anyone that is looking for a good trainer to give Joel a try. You will not be disappointed!

  From day one I’ve felt welcomed and motivated. Now two months into the program I look and feel amazing, I haven’t had a six pack since high school! The custom workouts, nutritional tips, and diet plan put me over the top. I’m anxious to head to the beach and show off these GAINS! #BopBop

  Joel is an awesome trainer! He pays close attention to each of us to ensure we have the correct form consistently. He pushes us to achieve more and every workout has been unique and different. You definitely have a killer workout every time!

  I joined fitrition after many attempts at the gym and failing to stay motivated, Joel has helped me stay motivated and pushed me to exceed every goal i had at the gym. He's a great coach and is very good at motivate me to stay consisting in my routines and also giving me great diet tips. After working long hours is easy to get discourage but Joel kept me motivated!!!!
