  I love this gym! It’s very clean, and everyone is friendly. The equipment is new and there’s plenty of space to do your workout. Highly recommend!

  Amazing gym. Very clean and the owners are super nice and helpful. My only wish is that it had one more squat rack and/or bench press. Other than that this is one of the best gyms in the area!

  New gym, new equipment, and owner-operated! Never overcrowded and the members here are always pleasant and helpful. Monthly fees around $20.00 and their supplements sell for the best prices in town.

  I come here regularly and love the gym for its ambience and areas to lift. It has all the equipment you need for full body workouts as well as treadmills for cardio. Definitely my favorite neighborhood gym.
  Excellent customer service, very clean, organized, and all staff members are friendly. AMAZING!
  Highly recommended. Perfect place to workout.

  Fitness 1440 is a gym like no other--in a FANTASTIC way! It's a cozy, community gym that exudes positive energy! Everyone is friendly and really encourages one another. The equipment is modern, clean and set up nicely. The layout/design is colorful and open which gives it a fresh feel and somewhere you actually enjoy working out. The owners are super sweet and really make it a point to know their members. Lastly, I absolutely admire the owners are always seeking ways to give back to the community!
