  Great bedside manner and short to no wait times. Very thorough and listened to my concerns l even when I had a rambunctious toddler in the room with me.

  I was very late for my appointment. The doctor and staff was very understanding. I live very close to Arkansas. The long drive was well worth the drive. The doctor and the staff are very friendly and professional. They are very Veteran Friendly. The doctor takes the time to listen to the patient needs.

  Went here last week for an ear issue that I was told was an ear infection by a different urgent care the week prior.
  
  Walked in and was seen within 10 minutes, and Dr. Schanen discovered it was in fact an ear obstruction and not an infection within a minute of seeing him. He fixed the issue in the span of a few more minutes! He is very personable, and I'm very grateful for his quick fix after being misdiagnosed by a different urgent care facility!
  
  Will definitely be coming back here in the future.
