When I arrived at my appointment, the ladies greeted me with warm smiles and that put me at ease. The wait time to see the doctor was short. Seeing Dr.Alves was very enlightening, she explained to me, all the things that could be wrong with my kidneys in away that I could understand. I am glad that I ran into her in the hallway at work.
