  Sandra is nothing short of amazing. We have had really bad experiences at past complexes & the moment we walked through the doors at Laurel Canyon she made us feel so at home. She has made everything from application to move-in very smooth & stress free. We absolutely adore her & everyone else we have met working in the front office & we are so excited to be living here!

  So far so good. The pool and barbecue area is very nice. My only concern is that the trash piles up over the weekend after parties and isn't taking out until Sunday evening or Monday morning.
  
  These apartments are really good for the price. I would definitely recommend them. I hope the neighborhood portal takes off. It will be nice to stay connected.

  Sandra did an amazing job with my client !!! she was so professional and was on her p's and q's. It was an awesome experience for not only my client but for myself as well. She has amazing customer service and is excellent at her job! i would definitely recommend the property, and definitely ask for Sandra when you go in to tour, she is truly amazing!!

  So far so good. I have only been here less than a month. No major issues so far. The staff does their best to keep the property clean and presentable, but of course, people will be people. If I had to comment on anything it would be 1) the entrance gates pretty hardly ever work. 2) It is obvious that someone has tried to break into the mailboxes. That is a real concern to me. I really think they should get that fixed. 3) Lastly, maybe a little more lighting around the pool. 4) Almost the entire apartment is carpeted. I HATE carpet. I have two boys and a dog. Recipe for accidents. Feels like a setup. That's pretty much it for now.

  I literally never review things, but I'm currently working on leasing with Laurel Canyon. The two ladies I've dealt with over the phone: Sandra & Jocelyn have been sweeties & I can't wait to apply ♥
  
  ** Update ** I applied & was approved. Tomorrow will make a week & I can honestly say I'm so happy with my choice of moving here ♥
