  Great hotel with clean rooms and good customer service. The complimentary breakfast is good and had good variety of food options. The front desk staff are very friendly and prompt in helping. This location is close to sea world as well as business centers and banks. Had very good experience and marked as my favorite place to stay

  Amazing staff! Friendly, welcoming and helpful! This is one of my favorite places to stay in San Antonio not just because of the staff and comfort but because the lobby features plugins on the booth row of seats by the tables and is a great place to set up and get work done if you feel like venturing out of your room and maximize your time at the same time while you sip on some fresh made coffee or enjoy their continental breakfast.

  To be honest this has been one of the BEST hotels my family and I have stayed in! customer service is A1. Everyone was so sweet, especially to the kids. Free breakfast every morning. Housekeeping is always available with a smile. I adore the housekeeping manager (B) she is the best! its perfect for family and business. The place is very clean and quiet. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you for having us.

  We stayed here for a week in September and it was lovely. The room is basic, yes, but it's clean and large, and worked just fine for us and our two kids.
  What made the stay really stand out to us was amazing service from Bertha, Carol, Nikki and Sabrina. Everyone we interacted with was lovely, but these ladies all went above and beyond for us while we were there and we would definitely stay again.
  Catherine and Andrew miss you guys!
