“From the moment I first reached out to IBBA their whole team was incredibly helpful. I came to them after going through two rounds of poison treatments in my apartment complex after finding bed bugs. (My complex has a contract with worldwide pest control and never even suggested heat treatments) Never having an issue like this before, I blindly trusted this treatment method. When that horrific process didn't work, (the prep work alone was insanity) I knew I needed professionals. They came in and took care of our bed bug issue in ONE DAY and updated me throughout the process. The prep we had to do was a walk in the park compared to what we had to do for the spray treatment. They also worked with me on a payment plan but I was thankfully able to pay it off early. Even though the heat treatment method is more expensive than the chemical treatment, it is guaranteed to work and for the PURE HELL we went through for over a month with the pest control company our complex called out, trust me it is worth every penny! I really can't express enough how grateful I am for their amazing service, for being discrete about our issue, and helping get rid of these vermons for good! I can finally lay down in bed at night and not be worried that I might feel something crawl on me or bite me or one of my kids! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing this service!”

From the very 1st instance of walking into the doorway, we were greeted with a happy smile, and Angie (The Assistant Mgr) held the door open so that Mama could get in with her Imperial walker!! I had called ahead to Maria, who answered the phone to setup the appointment in advance. She was very helpful and kind. Angie escorted us over to meet Rebecca the Hair Stylist, and she did not disappoint.She assisted with guiding Mama to the wash chair and then continued to make connections with My Mama. They both talked about her favorite color (Purple) and I said 💜 that whe could color her hair next time to Purple! They both laughed 😅 🤣 Everyone was Super attentive and easy-going with My Mama!! They made accommodations for her and treated her with extra kindness since it was her 1st getting hair done since moving from Chicago. She was extremely excited and happy to be the center of attention!! Angie,Rebecca and then Judith (The Store Mgr) came over to chime in and spoke Spanish to her! And that's all it took to seal the deal!! Mama was completely at ease and relaxed to be a Woman with these Wonderful Ladies. Kudos to the Entire Staff for making this such an enjoyable experience!! Not only is this place extremely useful and convenient, but also really engaging plus Professional!! They Treated Mama like Familia 👍 👌 and they gave her a kiss n hug upon departure!! We will definitely be coming back for more excellent services. I'm bald myself so I don't need much of anything. But Mama is definitely coming back now that she found this 💎 gem of a place!! Has plenty of stalls and even kiddie haircut spot too!! Great for the whole Familia and right next to HEB too!! Shop and get your haircut at the same time! Again I applaud 👏 ✌️ the while Staff!! It's the first clinic I've been to where there are actually 2 separate rooms: sick children and well children. In every other clinic there are usually 2 separate sides in 1 larger room. This was a great set up! Both of my daughters were seen by Cydne Morgan, CPNP. She was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She was wonderful with both of them and eased my stress! We will definitely be returning to the clinic to see Mrs. Morgan despite the 25 minute commute from medical center! It is worth the travel to find great care for my daughters!”
