“This location only hires the best. The entire staff had a part to play in my recovery. I spent 7 months in therapy for frozen shoulder but with the help of my amazing therapist Richard Vela I am able to move my shoulder so much more than when I first started! The entire staff cares about every single patient, they cheer you on when you’re doing difficult stretches, they are sympathetic when you are in pain, and they go above and in beyond in your care while in therapy. “Went in on a monday lunch to active two BYOD phones. Patrick was very nice and set me up but in the end had issues with connecting the phones to the network. I left them there for him to work on and he called me in the evening to let me know he could not fix them. I went in the next day and he recommended i try the store on 1604 and potranco as they have techs that work there. I did and they solved the issues. Very happy overall with the experience.”

“My mother spent 10 days in Westover Hills Rehab a few months ago and the level of care provided was excellent. Food was good and feeding and care giving very good. The resident manager, Anna, runs a good ship. We plan to return there in a few weeks. Frankly, I do not understand some of the irregular comments/reviews that have been made.
