There are four barbecue sauces to choose from ... not that the meat needs it. I like the aviation decor! It is so appropriate for the restaurant's location at Stinson Field.”

“So the building is an old hangar. It’s a bit dirty & dusty - it’s no Smithsonian. BUT, this is clearly a labor of love. Mr. Tosh & his volunteers run an excellent local museum. This is an important nod to the role of & connections with SA has in relation to (military) aviation. There’s a small space with chairs in which a few people can view a historic speech JFK gave in Texas the day before the tragedy in Dallas. This alone is worth the visit. There are exhibits & planes kids can climb on & in. My students loved it.”
