Tough job being done by unappreciated people. I noticed all reviews were done by people who didnt get what they wanted. Seems people are more concerned for themselves then for the children. Yes, you might not be happy with your children in CPS care, but CPS has no way to know you, and how you act and so many people just flat out LIE to CPS and POLICE because they are afraid of being arrested, or they are just Mad at their spouse or whatever. CPS and POLICE HAVE to side in the best interest if the child. Yes, sometimes they get it wrong, but if they just leave the child where abuse has been reported, and that child is further injured or dies...besides that being unacceptable, CPS gets blamed. As far as people not knowing court dates or whats going on with their cases?? Is your finger and mouth broken? Can you not pick up a phone and call and ask the courts or CPS? If you're court appointed lawyer is not doing what you need them to do...open your mouth! Tell the Lawyer you dont understand or whatever you need. Request a New/different Lawyer if needed. Quit expecting CPS to hold your hand and babysit you thru life. You've got a child, you're suppose to be an adult, pull up your big boy/girl pants and ACT like an adult and accept responsibility for your case, for seeking out the information you need, for showing up when you are required to show up! Quit blaming Everyone else for YOUR problems! YOU chose to have a child, YOU choose how you raise that child, YOU choose who you surround yourself and your child with. Make better choices, quit blaming everyone else, be responsible, be an adult instead of a little kid in a grown up body! If you can't do this, then CPS can, and will step in and be the responsible, protective, person in the childs life.
