  We had an unpleasant experience with a claim with another insurance company and felt it was time for a change. I had my insurance with State Farm for many years but wanted to have an agent that was in my area.
  I am so happy that we found Salina Poole of Lorena Villa's agency. This young woman is professional, responsive and caring. Changing carriers was a process made more difficult by the coronavirus but Salina made it as painless as possible by her attitude and knowledge. She was genuinely concerned that my family had the proper coverage at a competitive price. She answered all of our questions promptly and honestly. I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and work ethic. I recommend her highly.
