Cavender Toyota

I did not intend to purchase the day I went, but I did end up making a purchase with Mike Ornelas-Leal as my salesman. The experience was positive throughout, as best as a car purchase experience can be. Mike went over the vehicle from bumper to bumper and explained all the buttons and features, most of which I was aware of, and some I was not. He seemed knowledgeable on the Tacoma and if each salesmen is required to be that knowledgeable with every model they sell, that's a huge plus.

Finance, again, went about as pleasant as any car buying experience could go. It takes time, and if you show up hoping to get in and out in a jiffy, well, bring cash.

I'm docking a point not for my experience of the sale, but for the phone system. I made 5 attempts to call the finance manager a few days after the purchase and was disconnected multiple times. Some times while the phone was ringing, sometimes it seemed someone picked up, sometimes disconnected on the transfer to finance dept. Really annoying

Overall, I have no major complaints. If you know what you want, what you're willing to spend and have some patience, the experience should almost always be a good one.

Oh my gosh we had a great and relaxing car buying experience. Savannah was so helpful and really knew her stuff. She was extra patient and worked with us till we were happy. Cory Boswell as well was very helpful and made us feel so relaxed during our buying process. I could honestly say these two made us feel like family. This is the place to go and you need to work with these two. You won’t regret it! We will most definitely be back!!

Cavender Toyota is now my number one dealership to buy a car!!! I went through several different Toyota dealerships in San Antonio, prior to coming to Cavender, and was so frustrated with their pushy sales people, poor customer service, etc. However, Cavender is absolutely different! Laura, the sales representative, was excellent. She made me feel so comfortable, right away. With no pressure, she helped me and guided me through the whole process until I was ready to purchase my car. She was so patient, and followed up with me until I my car was delivered. Most importantly, Cavender gave me the best price, among all the Toyota dealerships in San Antonio. They also followed up with me, in the days after my purchase, to see if I had any questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Cavender Toyota to anyone, and would like to give a special thank you to Laura Hutchins, for making my car buying experience so enjoyable.

Love my new Highlander! I appreciate Adam Corona keeping me informed of when new vehicles came on the lot, providing me the opportunity to get exactly what I wanted. Great service & we enjoyed some laughs in the process. Buying a new car is stressful enough & Adam definitely provided the kind of service & information I needed to make the best choice for me. I've purchased my last two vehicles here, my parents have bought a few vehicles from here. You can shop around but in my opinion they have the best selection for the best price even with the current upcharge with used vehicles they remain very competitive with pricing. I came a few weeks ago to just test drive a couple of cars I wanted to check out, wasn't really looking to buy at the time. Al was my sales associate, he was very patient with me let me test drive the cars I wanted answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a vehicle, as long as I live in San Antonio this will be my dealership of choice.
