  My wife and I were on a two week bike trip from Pittsburgh, PA through West Texas and back, we stoped at the dealership to get our 30 and 10K Services, they took our bikes promptly at 8AM, did and outstanding job servicing the bikes and they were spotless when we picked them up the next morning, they held them a day per our request so we could spend the day as tourist in San Antonio. Jason the Service writer kept in constant communication with us and went above and beyond for us, it was like being a regular customer. I highly recommend this dealership if your in the area. Great Job Guys!!!

  This is a change from a previous bad review.
  I have to apologize for my bad review, written in anger. The people at Caliente are pretty great. Somewhere there is a discrepancy in credit bureau and their bank, however, I spoke with the finance manager and he really was helpful and saved me a ton of time.
  The parts and clothes department are always very friendly and accommodating.
  Now, the service department did leave my cup holder and phone mount bolts loose, causing them to almost fall off while riding. Luckily I made it home and tightened them myself, and have had no problems since. I also did not get back any of the original hardware, or the extra hardware that came with the Ciro brand items. That's my fault for not asking. But, those two things aside, they were pleasant to deal with.
  I will go back to Caliente HD when I am ready to purchase my next bike.

  I want to thank the shop for how fast they replaced my front tire and got me back on the road. I was still able to make the six hour ride home before dinner. The clothing sales was a great help finding me a long sleeve T-shirt.

  Liz and Kris was very helpful and informative. Knowing my wife and I are newbies, they didn't try to sell us on stuff we didn't really need just to make a sale. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

  Amazing Harley dealer. I had a great experiencing purchasing my 2019 Iron 883 from Rachel. The staff was able to take care of me and make sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I was also able to pick up some extra gear. Great location, amazing customer service and all around good people. I would recommend this Harley dealer to anyone looking for a new bike, parts, or service.
