  Very pleasant, helpful staff. Rooms clean and well stocked with enough kitchen supplies to make simple meals. Large refrigerator with ice maker. Pool was cold, but they now have a pool heater and it was turned on when we asked. 5 minutes from Lackland AFB. Read the linen exchange information before you complain. Linens can be exchanged at main desk.

  Clean, clean, clean the room, halls, laundry room even the elevator was clean. Less than 10 min from Lackland AFB, which I was there for the Airman graduation. Indoor pool is not heated and too cold to swim in. In room kitchen fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, utensils and different things you may need to cook with. Full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. No breakfast served but plenty of snacks to purchase, and lots of fast food to drive to, but not walking distance. You can also order food delivery. Secure, if you are not a guest then you must get buzzed in at night. Well lighted parking lot. Staff was friendly.

  Very nice place. There is a grill outside for use, a business center, pool, exercise room, and a small convenience store with items for sale. The rooms have a fridge, a very small stove, microwave and a dishwasher. There is a small number of utensils and plates, so if you have a large group you'll need some of your own. Staff are very helpful and willing to help with anyone. The north entrance is closed from 10 pm to 7 am so you have to come in to the parking lot from highway 90 at night.

  This was a very well taken care of hotel, with lots of amenities, indoor pool but most importantly, clean rooms, plus all the staff on site were very professional.
  It really was one of the best experiences I've experienced when it comes to lodging.

  Friendly and accommodating staff. Asked a few general questions, including places to eat, and they were extremely helpful. My room was comfortable and well-kept, and I had all the goodies to include cookware and a basic dish set which made cooking in convenient. Hope to be able to visit again!
