I just want to say Ashley is awesome. She is always friendly and helpful. It’s employees like her that always gets us coming back. The products that I always buy here are in great condition and for a great price. Keep up the great work Ashley.

Great place to visit. Richard the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable of all items he has in the store. Store always looks great and is always welcomed by employee. Anthony is very helpful and friendly on every visit. They offer the best amount and take time to contact you so you don't lose your items. If you're not able to make it to the store, you can make payments on the phone. This store is top notch and the service is always 1#. I would not take my business anywhere else. Go in with expectations and come out with a smile. I got to hand it to the store manger for setting a good work ethical culture because the employees follow that culture. Thanks for giving the Southside the best service on this side of town!!!

Amazing customer service!!! 10/10 recommend! First time at this shop and soon as I walked into the shop I was excitedly greeted by staff, i felt very welcomed here.. Anthony was amazing! Greeted me with a huge smile and proceeded to ask how my day was going and how he could help. I went in just to look what the shop had but Anthony convinced me into buying some James Avery jewelry that he got me a great deal on! Way to go anthony! Amazing customer service, amazing salesmen, he deserves a raise! Will definitely be coming back when I’m ready to splurge!????????????????????

This was my first time here and I got excellent service from Claudia and Richard. Their customer service was awesome. They did their best to help me. They made sure to tend to customers in line acknowledging them and letting them know they knew they were there and would get to them asap. I will be back. Thanks

This shop has the best deals in town. I love going in to peruse what they have, and get new stuff. The team is always friendly and nice. I especially love working with Anthony, he always has a smile and friendly, and ready to answer my million questions!
