  Balfour Beatty Community does everything to accommodate residence. Rent includes utilities, lawn care, maintenance, trash/recycling pick-up, security on base, no home owner’s association fees. Busses and schools are close by, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, gas stations, commissary and Exchange are all less than five miles distance. This neighborhood is clean and safe. This is a security forces base. I am a retired Army MSG. What I like about being on base is the idea that everyone here helps each other if needed. The neighbors are mixed Active Duty/Retired, multicomponent. The base is old, but well maintained. If you like going to the gym, ID card holders use these facilities at no cost. There are no gym membership fees. Balfour Beatty pools are free to residents. My neighbors are great!
  
  The company has an on-line website that makes monthly direct deposit payments easy and carefree. This method is a good one, and so is communication with all Balfour Beatty Community Departments. The availability of multiple method, maintenance submission work orders is super, day/nights and weekends! Maintenance repairs electrical, plumbing, appliances, and all pest control issues are resolved, if any. Yard sales on base are great! I have lived in this community for a year almost and I am very happy with the degree that Balfour Beatty continues to ensure their residents are taken care of. Maintenance folks are the best, as well as the yard guys, and the office folks. It’s just living made easy. At age 58, I like that!
