  Great place to workout, Owners Jason and Amy along with the coaches are very knowledgeable on proper CrossFit movements and workouts. If you’re in the Lackland area in the Army, Air Force TDY, permanent party or a civilian and looking for a gym, this is the one. It’s huge, clean, plenty of restrooms (showers even) plenty of weights and Olympic bars. You can’t beat the competitive atmosphere, it will make you push harder and you’ll come out a better version of yourself as I did.

  I can't say enough good things!!!!! If you are looking for a box or are in the area TDY you should absolutely check them out. Jason is an awesome coach, the box is huge, and the other coaches are very knowledgeable. I ran track in collage, coached at the college level and have a USA weight lifting sports performance coaching certification. The coaching you will get is top notch. AND what i like most is there is a family atmosphere. Jason and the members are awesome! There is a lot of talk about Crossfit, but everyone is concerned about how you are doing as a person. Its not just a place to work out its a place to make friends and meet great people. You will work out along side people who are competing in competition, and moms just trying to get in shape, and everyone is encouraging and accepting. No one cares about your time/score they just care about your work ethnic. It was a great experience. I even left a piece of clothing there and they mailed it back to me with a hand written note.

  Definitely one of the best!
  Dropped into the early class from out of town. Located outside the Air Force base made it very convenient. Was met by the instructor (owner perhaps?) he asked me a few questions about my fitness level and any injuries. I generally scale the movements and he helped me through even suggested an alternative to handstand push ups I was not familiar with but liked more than standing shoulder presses.
  We started class he watched to make sure I was correctly and safely doing the exercises which I appreciated.
  The class size was small and the members very friendly. The facility was very roomy I think they even have showers. Very nice place and great people

  I've been traveling somewhat frequently over the past year and a half and I had a temporary duty assignment for 2 weeks in the Lackland area. Within 24hours of arriving I went on a hunt for a decent box to let me do my own programming from Okinawa. This box was my first stop. I was very impressed with what I saw. I did my own programming during the open gym hours for the first 3 days, BUT then I HAD to join the classes. I loved the level of professionalism to which the gym was ran! It was the best ran Crossfit facility I had ever come across in my past year an a half of traveling. The staff was very professional, positive, and encouraging. Don't waste your time if you're looking for a good box in the Lackland area. Go to Crossfit Lackland. They have an awesome thing going on.
