Dropped off the truck on Mon. 10/19 got a call Tues. 10/27 that my truck was ready for p/u. I'm so glad I took my truck to Mark & Lee!! Mark kept in contact with me through everything, I really appreciate the communication & timely repair. :)

I went in with a headlight problem and let them know I was in a rush and had to leave town tomorrow. They quickly diagnosed the problem (turned out to be a bad switch), showed me how to work around the problem until I had time to get a new switch, all for no charge!
Also while I was sitting there I overheard them helping another gentleman with an oil change and let him know of another (relatively simple) issue. They explained the problem to the customer, what the simple fix was, how he could get by without fixing for now but would eventually need fixed, all before taking action so there were no surprises to the customer.
Next time I need automotive help, I’ll definitely come back here! -
