Blue Cross Pet Clinic

I think they really care about pets here. Dr. Beissner has a big heart, and we always do our well-check now with Dr. Cousins. She is terrific, and so sweet with my little dog. We only started going after they opened the new clinic.
Only thing I would change if I could is getting an appointment. If something's going on and you need to see someone asap, its walk-in only. I wish I could call up and set a time, or for the next day even, but its 2 weeks away. Walk-ins are okay, but it feels like a marathon trying to get your pet in the door. It's stressful. It seems they could do the scheduling over the phone the same way they line everyone up at the door.
All of the techs and most of the people at the front are wonderful. I'm not 100% in love, but we will keep going back for the Dr's.

I love Dr. Beissner, who is my favorite veterinarian, but I am happy he added Dr. Cousins to his staff. She is awesome. All the staff in the office are wonderful. I have been bringing my pets to this clinic for many years. I love Blue Cross Pet Clinic!

This place is very professional and genuinely cared for my lil Frenchie, Mr Bean. What impressed me n Mr Bean was the follow-up text to see how his progress was going. They take “walk-ins”, but I do suggest making an appointment. Mr Bean gives this spot 5 PAWS and a “woof woof” 🐶 (although I have yet to hear him bark 😂)

The most caring and professional clinic for your fur babies . I've been through some very difficult times with Blue Coss. The staff and veterinarian's are so supportive . I know when I drop off my fur babies, they will be well taken care of.

Ive been to the old location once and the new location a few times. So far all has gone well with my experience’s. If your going as a walk in it is now only from 8-10 am, I would also recommend being there early to get in line. About 15 minutes prior to opening someone came out and gave clipboard to fill out form for my pet. I did have to wait in my vehicle once clinic opened because it was full inside, so be aware of that especially when considering the weather. They called me on my phone when my pet was ready to be seen. The doctors have shown good customer service. I think the front desk people could work a little on being more customer friendly though. But overall I would return.
