  Prompt, efficient and professional service.This is my favorite AC repair Company in town!! No one else compares to the superb services provided from experience. I woke up in the morning burning hot when I discovered my AC wasn't working and was making this hideous sound. I immediately proceeded to call Tigers and within the hour a humble, professional man named ROBBIE came to the rescue! He determined we needed a new compasator and gave us a great deal with 'The Advanced Maintenance Plan' which includes an awesome discount on the parts, extended 2 year warranty, along with bi-annual checkups and maintenance services. Can't beat that!!! Keep up the good work????

  I woke up and my a/c seemed off, naturally, I called tiger services. I have dogs that don’t do well in the heat so I really needed the issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Within an hour a technician, Robbie, arrived and came to the conclusion that it was a bad capacitor. He replaced it extremely fast, checked the freon and even put up with all my annoying questions about the a/c components and the tools he was using. I’m a curious person, so I appreciate that he didn’t get annoyed and was actually kind enough to teach me some neat stuff.
  Robbie was professional and efficient in everything aspect, which I’m truly grateful for.
  This company is my go to for all my a/c problems. Their technicians are knowledgeable and kind; their great customer service has left me beyond happy. Thank you, Robbie! You are the best!

  Our outside unit was making a lot of noise, so we scheduled a technician to come out and take a look. Of course when he gets here it stopped making the noise. John did some tests to check voltage and a few other things and couldn't find anything wrong with it. We had to pay for a trip charge, but what I appreciate is that he didn't try to scam us or offer anything we didn't need. I have had other places come out and they wanna replace every part on our old unit. This will be my go to place moving forward since I feel like they aren't just trying to sell repairs or make money any opportunity they get. Thank you Tiger and John for being honest.

  Spoke w/ Maria. Great customer service, very polite and friendly. Was able to make same day appt.
  The two individuals, John & Henry came through. Very fast, prompt and professional. There was no BS, figure out the problem within minutes. Was able to complete the work less than an hour. Gave tips to prevent problems to not to reoccur again. Highly recommend.
