Exactly what I was looking for! So far I've worked with Wes and his wife Emily and both are great! Very nice, encouraging and most importantly very knowledgeable in their training methods. The studio is very spacious considering how much equipment is there for your use. It's very clean, open and well maintained. Their clients are a mix of every age and fitness level and all seem very friendly. Their prices are competitive with other trainers that I have looked into in SA. Emily is my main trainer and she is truly amazing! As a 47 year old man who has never worked out in his life, I wish I had found them sooner. I would be that much closer to the goals that we are now working towards! Through Emily's (and Wes's) guidance I lost 10 lbs and gained almost an inch on my arms and an inch and a half on my chest in just 10 visits over 4 weeks! I feel great! Thanks so much Emily and Wes!!!
