Seriously the best realtor ever! Between Cathy, Tracy, and Emily there isn't a single detail that gets overlooked. We used them to both buy our house and sell it. We were living in a different state when we sold our house and I didn't have an ounce of stress because Cathy, Tracy, and Emily all went above and beyond to get it ready to sell. I can't say enough good things about them! I wish I could transport them up here to South Dakota :)

But, it was after I signed up that I experienced what I can only call the ‘special sauce’ of Cathy’s team approach.

• Cathy enabled my decisions on list price with realistic competitive market research (right-pricing will sell the home faster than over-pricing and having to incrementally drop the price until buyers start to get interested)
• Cathy has personally created a number of really helpful videos that prepare you for various stages of the marketing/sale/closing process. These videos are very informative and they helped me to prioritize how to organize, and how to handle various milestones along the way. Sometimes there is so much information to consume from live conversations that I couldn’t remember everything. I could always go back and review the videos.
• Tracy took the professional pictures and did a fantastic job making my house look fabulous
• Tracy managed a ton of administrative details, reached out to me every few days, and both Tracy and Cathy were highly responsive to me.
• Tracy (and now Emily) routinely followed up on showings to get feedback from buyers’ agents so we could get a glimpse into buyers’ perceptions.
• They conducted two open houses and marketed for me within surrounding neighborhoods.
• My house hit the market after I moved out of state, but Cathy & Tracy checked in frequently. They never left me confused or stressed..
• Cathy armed me with her wealth of knowledge & ideas for handling a low-ball offer I received. We discussed it candidly. I decided not to accept it. A few days later the buyer came back with exactly what I wanted.
• With the accepted offer came a whole new set of processes that the Naiser Real Estate Group handled efficiently and expeditiously. They provide terrific “what to expect” documentation to keep on hand as the sale progresses… and they never for a minute left me wondering about next steps. Tracy was literally answering questions I didn’t even know I had, before I needed the answers.
