  Great place to work out. After searching for a gym this place is the best. Each exercise is explained and modifications are given if needed. Steven does his best in 5am classes to push you to do your best. Thanks Steve. ❤Love this Gym

  I am a member at PRO FIT SA for three primary reasons:
  (1) The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, actively engaged in leading us through the work outs.
  (2) The workouts fresh and different every day and are consistently challenging. Importantly, the workouts are adaptable to easily accommodate athletes at different fitness levels.
  (3) The culture is encouraging and fun. We laugh a lot together during each workout all while pushing ourselves. There is a sense of community that makes me look forward to coming in for each workout.

  Pro-Fit is an amazing place to workout, the coaches, the athletes, and the environment is so much fun, motivating and inspiring and the programming is incredible! I have learned so much here, Pro-Fit works with all levels of athletes and they really take the time to understand your individual needs but at the same time making you a part of the overall team that it an amazing thing. At Pro-Fit I am always growing, learning and expanding my abilities each time I walk thru the door. I strongly recommend Pro-Fit as the best place in San Antonio to workout!

  Let’s be honest. I was a little nervous going to a place where many of the people are already in great shape and look good in spandex clothing. I mean, I was 20 something about 45 years ago, before my knees left me and my hair turned a lovely shade of mouse gray. None-the-less, I hobbled into P.R.O. FIT hoping for the best. I can guarantee it was the best decision I have made in years! Steven and Christian have created an environment accepting of all (a family, really), from the young and muscle-clad to those of us of the bi-focal generation. Highly recommend for EVERYBODY.

  Amazing place to workout at. Steven and Christian are great coaches that are always helping, developing, and teaching myself and others to have a healthier lifestyle. It doesn't matter if you want to lose weight, gain muscles or just maintain, Steven and Christian are always there step by step on helping you achieve your goals. They care about the people walking in the door that wants to make a difference in their lifestyle. I had great experiences with these two coaches previously and that's why I join them.
