Dr. Nichols and his team are awesome! My poor kitty was suddenly over grooming, chewing her fur, peeing everywhere... I initially wanted to come here but the office was booked out in advance. I went to two different vets out of convenience. I felt that the vets were quick to jump into treatment as opposed to really listening to my concerns. Dr. Nichols approach was great. He listened to my cat's full history, did blood work as a new patient and then gave his recommendations eliminating one factor at a time. He gave me a follow up call checking in how our cat was doing. I can see now why he's so booked in advance. It's WORTH it. Especially if you have a moody cat that seems to exhaust all your DIY resources and you can't tell if it's behavioral or physical. Thank you guys! I'll be coming to y'all from now on.
