I've used Kentech Power at 3 different facilities now and each time they perform better than any other generator service company that I've ever been involved with. It's not just a one time thing with this company, from start to finish they're great. Ms. Sonya came out to the facility wearing, a dress and high heels, and got down on her hands and knees to look at the bottom of my generator and that was for the estimate. Jason came out a few days later because I was in a pinch and answered all of my questions, explained things to me so I could understand what was going on and I now hold all of my vendors/contractors to the same level of performance! This is an old fashioned type of service provider but with all of the modern up-to-date equipment! I wish all of my vendors/contractors followed their customer service model!
