I watched her handle a crowded lobby with a mixture of young and old, SEVERAL children with Supreme GRACE!! Cleaning up spills as they occurred, answering ALL questions and doing so smiling-10/10.

(August 5, 2019, 11:43 am)Great place. Very comfortable and the rooms are clean. I haven't had any problems with any extra requests from the housekeepers and the front desk. Margarita was very helpful and made sure I had a good stay.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and we'd like to say thank you to Chris for making our stay special. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the kids had a blast. For breakfast they serve REAL EGGS, that was a pleasant surprise in the morning. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the San Antonio area as its a great value for the amenities they offer.
