(March 27, 2019, 5:34 pm)I called Arnold Moos asking to have my water heater worked on and replaced. When the service techs arrived they addressed the problem immediately and replaced the old model with a newer upgraded model within a couple hours. I am very pleased and also asked for a regular maintenance service plan. Both service techs were attentive and courteous.
