  We had a very positive experience purchasing a vehicle on August 24, 2019.
  Calling ahead made it easier to have the specific make and model available to see. Our salesperson, Shantell, had an engaging personality. She was friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable! The entire process took less than an hour. We will definitely return to Enterprise for future purchases and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

  Louis Serrata Sales consultant at the at the 11238 IH-35 location in San Antonio picked out THE car for us, which really fit the diverse needs of my family...A Dodge Grand Caravan. We were handled with "kid gloves" and he set us into the right vehicle as well the right finances for it. He completely answered a couple of my tough follow-on questions after-the-sale too.   I really wish I would have started my car shopping at Enterprise, the associates here are the best. Definitely the most consumer-based car shopping experience I received out of the ten places I looked at. The best part of it all, they don't make more from selling you a more expensive car, so they literally focus on what YOU want. Massive props and thanks to Louis Serrata, the sales consultant that helped me finally settle on a vehicle.

  I called Enterprise to ask for a jump start for the car I had purchased 5 months ago. I'd left a 175watt power strip plugged into the car's adapter while shopping on the completely other side of town. My own sales rep, Louis Serrata, answered the call and arrived on scene in about 20 minutes, then charged my battery with a large power bank. I'm buying one of those asap.
