  I am SO impressed with Oaktree Management.!!
  Huge thank you to Eric, my sales manager, Dromonte, and the most hard working roofers!!! They are professional, courteous, efficient, responsive, and always quick to follow up. The most impressive part is they left my property cleaner than how I had it before!
  Eric, thank you for helping me and guiding me through this whole process. Your patience and effort will not go unnoticed.
  We still having pending work to complete.. I cannot wait to see the finished product and I have no doubt that it will be done professionally!

  Manny was professional, on time, and extremely detailed. He took the time to explain the process. After interviewing several companies, I realized he was the most honest and operated with integrity. No home owner wants to be taken advantage of. I had a previous roofer take advantage of me and did not do $3,000 of work the insurance paid for. Manny was honest with his quote, work, and a true professional. He educated me on what things meant and how to read my what the insurance was paying for. I had full confidence that he really did repair everything that was suppose to be repaired. I did not choose the roofer with the lowest bid, because you get what you pay for, I chose a true honest professional who gave a fair quote. He knows his stuff. I have highly recommended Oak Tree Management Group to all my family and friends. I will definitely be using him again for the future.

  I highly recommend OakTree Management Group. They were very professional from start to finish. They didn’t cut corners and worked with my insurance company to get the job done right.

  A major repair in your home is very stressful. After all the storms we have had in San Antonio, we contacted numerous contractors for a claim of our roof. But because we have a very steep roof, none of the prior contractor would on assess our roof from the top of a ladder. We wanted to have our roof checked for damages and saw Mr. Eric Riojas and his team working on the corner house up the street from our home. We asked if he could give us an estimate. He came with ladders and WENT up on our steep roof, took the pictures and sat with us explained the damages of the roof with pictures on his laptop. We notified our insurance, submitted our claim Mr. Riojas was present when the insurance claim representative did his inspection. The roof was approved by insurance, and Mr. Riojas explained the install process. Mr. Riojas and his team were very professional with utmost respect to our property as the team continue to accomplish the mission, using tarps to cover plants and cover the decking, Jacuzzi as well as the pool area. Upon completion of the roof, all trash was thoroughly cleaned up and hauled away. A magnet was used around the perimeter of the house for nails, etc. The roof is completed and done! Mr. Riojas did a walk around inspections with us and sat with us to explain all the repairs, the Oak Tree Management Group warranty, and to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work. A Big Texas Shout out and huge Thank you to Mr. Eric Riojas and his very polite, professional team. We are very impressed and satisfied with the exceptional work Mr. Eric Riojas and his team did on our new roof that looks awesome.

  Highly recommend. I initially noticed their signs throughout our community in Cibolo. Being that I was unfamiliar with the company, I went around and knocked on a few doors to see if others were satisfied with their services. All positive feedback. So I went ahead and had Nick, one of the project managers come out and get the process started. Sure enough, hail damage. He went above and beyond, even handling the insurance company at every turn. Not only did he meet the adjuster at my home, but he walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Was very patient with my list of concerns and questions. OakTree Mgmt did not allow the insurance company to skip past any detail and fought to get all valid damages to my home replaced and looking brand new! They even brought over full sized shingles so I could be certain of the color and stood by while the delivery truck delivered them..ensuring my concrete driveway was not damaged. The roofers themselves showed up promptly and were professional and on point. *They did not use any pre-existing roof materials, no corners cut. All was cleaned up thoroughly, even the owner arrived at the end to ensure the work was delivered to his standards. They also had a separate crew that repaired my fence and fascia damage... which was was also handled with extreme care. Attention to detail and high work ethic are commodities that can be sometimes missed in this industry, that I was fortunate enough to experience with these guys.
