  1 Great Egret
  Huge rock balancing displays (40-50) with a floating cube and centerpiece
  Man-made BMX dirt ramps (8-10) course, with observation platform
  1 extra man-made fort
  **Correction**: Not Cardinals but Vermilion Flycatcher...confirmed
  
  2 Peacocks
  5-6 families of does and fawns
  2-3 bucks (8-12 points)
  2-3 pheasants
  Several Cardinals
  YMCA with outdoor swimming pool
  2 main pavilions (reservation) for parties
  Picnic tables under trees
  Mountain bike trails all throughout the park with sidewalks
  Walking and/or hiking trails with varying levels of challenge
  Cliffs with views of the golf course
  Man-made forts
  Weekdays not very crowded especially in the morning
  Dog friendly
  Kids playground with slides and swings
  Good size park and not overly visited

  Great trails! Clean paved concrete trails with plenty of trees to provide shade. A playground for the kids, and a pavilion for you afternoon picnics and more. Dog friendly and biker friendly. Great trails if your into nature surrounding you.

  Perfect for a jog. Family friendly. Moderately populated, I felt safe enough jogging alone. The deer aren't afraid of people there, so it's best to stay out of their way. Lol. I'll definitely be returning!

  Great place to walk and see wild life so many trails but be careful you could get lost and bring someone with you if not bring protection it's a huge park things can happen between animals and other people. The park is beautiful and it's mostly shaded. The bike trails are fun to walk as well but I don't suggest bringing young kids on the bike trails, but the other trails are perfect for kids. They have a very nice play ground a Big gazebo in the front by play ground and one on the trail. As well as a bunch of mini ones for picnics. I am not sure if they have public bathrooms I've never used them I do know they have porta potties in a couple areas a couple water fountains as well on the actual park side.

  This park boasts a few things that I found to be beneficial for visitors. First, the park has ample parking and most of it is shaded, that is, covered by plenty of trees. Secondly, there are two types of trails: paved and dirt. Both types of trails are very well maintained. Lastly, the park has local wildlife that will accompany you as you walk, run, or bike. Watch out for bikers as you hit those dirt trails because they are narrow. Other than that, enjoy this wonderful place!

Our first ride on the new bikes. What a difference having bikes that have been fit to you makes. So much more comfortable. We got up early and Marlene was ready to head out the door even though I had a bit of a headache. Beer!
