  It's a new rental for me, but the facility manager I worked with, Michelle Graham was professional and helpful. And when the wife and I signed the agreement, all three of us had a few laughs. What more can you ask for? Friendly staff, respectable rates, albeit a tad high, and a CLEAN facility.

  The storage facility is clean, well-lit, and secure (except as noted below). Although the facility is climate-controlled, the units accessible from the exterior of the building will be exposed to changes in temperature throughout the year. The metal doors are not insulated. In addition, they are not as secure as interior units. To access an interior unit, you need to use a personalized access code to open the doors. Also, the code is used to get into the restroom. There are security cameras throughout the property. To secure your storage unit, you either use your lock or purchase one (not returnable). It's a tumbler-type lock not a padlock. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient.

  Michelle was helpful and knowledgeable, she made renting a storage unit a quick, pleasant experience. The facility is clean and well maintained.

  Great experience. Very clean facility and easy to get in and out. Michelle is very patient, knowledgable and has been excellent through the entire process. Absolutely recommend Michelle and Stor Self Storage to anybody.
