Ben is an amazing trainer for so many reasons! I have been working with him for nearly 6 months now and have improved far more than I previously thought was possible. Though my main goal has been weight loss, I have been also able to increase my overall strength and stamina as a result of Ben's meticulously tailored workouts and custom nutrition instructions. Ben also does a great job of holding me accountable daily while consistently keeping me positive and motivated. If you're considering a trainer, Ben is BY FAR the best choice. He will provide a program that guarantees your desired results as long as you're willing to put in the work!

I personally wanted to gain lean muscle mass and clean up my diet in order to perform better in the gym. He created an individualized macros diet that allowed me to meet these goals in just a few short months! The diet Ben created was easy and convenient. I did not feel overwhelmed with meal prepping or choosing the correct foods. He even incorporated some of my favorite foods into the diet! He also followed my progress regularly and made any adjustments when necessary. I never felt like I was alone in the process, Ben regularly checked in with me and consistently kept me accountable for my own health. I don't know of a better trainer and nutritionist than Ben!
