(December 14, 2021, 2:41 pm)First time ordering online at this location. Arrived at appointed time to find my b'fast pizza was being remade because the first burned. The employees were busy with a truck unloading goods into the store along with prepping other orders, sandwiches for lunch, etc. When my replacement pizza came out about 10 mins later, the smiling woman at the counter said "no charge! Sorry you had to wait!" Wow! Customer service like that is in rare supply these days. Highly recommend this Casey's!
