Dr. Valdes has been my doctor for over a year. She is very professional and I have never had any problems with her staff. I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. I will continue to come here as long as Dr. Valdes is available.
I've been seeing Dr Valdez for over a year now, she is a great doctor she takes time with you, is very thorough during your visit asks a lot of questions & her staff is great, Veronica is super helpful with any paperwork or scheduling. You do have to wait a little bit to get to see her but it's well worth the wait, she is a very personable and caring doctor
Dr. Valdez is amazing. She is astute, sharp, compassionate and thorough. She always finds the answer, or finds the right direction with a specialist to help find the answer. Wait times are in fact long, but it is because the doctor spends as much time as needed with each patient. This is not a fast a food doctor, who spends 3 minutes with you. Dr. Valdes is well traveled, and well spoken, kind and patient. I’ve been her patient for 3 years, and wouldn’t choose another doctor.
