  I was nervous at first because the intake process took several hours but the staff was super nice. George did my assessment and my stay lasted 6 days. I dont have insurance at the moment but they are working with me on the financial aspect. I just want to note that I understand that its usually the upset people who post reviews but with the experience I had I didn't think that was fair. I saw a lot of angry/unstable patients interacting with the staff and all they were trying to do was help. This is a hard job to do and I really appreciate your patience. I definitely recommend SABH if you are needing care. They also gave me a lot of resources for my after care and 2 weeks worth of medication.

  My 17 year old daughter was inpatient for a week, and the time she spent there, she was very pleased with the staff. Upon discharging, it was extremely difficult to find a provider that would take her as an outpatient to continue her treatment in a timely manner. I spent days trying to call different offices and had no luck. Nothing was available any sooner than a month. In desperation, I reached out to Alicia Shank, Director of Business Development via email on a Sunday. Ms. Shank responded to me the very next day. Must I say, I was amazed at how helpful and courteous she was. She was able to find a provider for my daughter and who took her insurance. I’m happy to say she has an appointment by the end of the week. Ms. Shank and her staff go over and beyond for patients. There are no words to express how much we appreciate what she did. It’s people like her and her staff that is truly an example of excellent patient care. Thank you!

  I was going to give this place a 1 star due to the fact that people are more likely to read a 1 star review than a 5 star review and that i really want people to read what I believe is a great review of this establishment.
  
  Please, realize this place is here to help you. This is my fifth time doing inpatient and first time doing outpatient.
  
  I can honestly say that the therapist and psychiatrist are exceptional here.
  
  As of right now, I would like to recognize the following outpatient staff: Michelle and Jessie.
  
  Also, I would extremely like to recognize the following wonderful ladies in inpatient: Therapist Valerie, Dr. Arla, and nurse Jennifer who usually does the adolescent program.
  
  This facility encourages self-growth while also acknowledging that it is their responsibility to be a resource not a savior.
  
  I can not thank them enough.
  
  Please, come to here to get help and request here, if you have the choice.
